I transferred my Northern lights I to a 7 gallon fabric pot. Within seconds my plant wilted. Is it dead?

Most pants wilt a bit after transplant, especially if the roots are disturbed, but 30 seconds is pretty quick.

Might pick up in a few hours, but of it has died within 30 seconds, I think you deserve a medal;-)

Put it in the shade or indoors if too hot outside.

Did u pull it out or turned the pot when getting it out? Did you get the rootball out as well?

As said above by a few fellas, pictures would help.

How big was the plant when u transferred it?

The wilting can be a stress effect....

Unless you were tearing fist fulls of roots or snapped the main stalk then you should be fine. There's only one way to find out tho haha. Just transplant and carry on with the usual. If she's dead, you should know pretty quickly. I bet the transplant was rough and she's probably just in shock. I hope she get's better for ya, best of luck!

You transplanted into miracle gro soil, topped right away and then you watered it.

Yep, it’s fook’d. At least according to the internet.

Relax and don’t worry. She’s fine. Give her a couple days...like most women. If she’s still sick after 48-72 hours, report back.
