transferring very small budding indoor plants too outdoor reveg ?

okay i have plants already in 3 week of flowering and budding but they are very small and only have a 23 w cfl they are all females that i found out are going to give me a very small yield because i recently found out i budded them way too early so i will not get much too harvest lesser then a 1/8 so i want to put them outdoor too re veg so i can raise my quanity up and i heard if i reveg them the pistils and buds will fall off . so my question is if i can cut off just the top bud and will the plants still live and reveg outside? that way i can smoke the top buds instead of just letting them fly away?

ummm tht top bud is only 3 weeks old? thts not gunna get u high..and u can reveg but is it worth it? just start some more...its gunna take just as long

well i dont want too cut them right now im just saying whats the point on letting them fully flower if they are only going to give me about a 8th to 2g. and i dont want all of them outdoor cause i got a couple ima keep indoor thats a nice size just the very small ones that are budding are the ones i want too cut the buds off and throw out side because i did 12/12 from seed and the was a very dumb ideal
