Transplant?

I have 21 plants growing in the 4"(about) high red plastic dixie cups...

my plants are all from 1" to 2"

when should i transplant?

what size of pot should i tansplant into?

what are some cheap other things you can use to transplant into?

pics would be nice but i would say trasplant at 2 weeks old something twice the size of what you have them in now

Transplant when the bottom of cup is pretty much covered in roots. Pop one out and look. Then transplant into its final home pot 2 ,3,4,5 gallon
