transplanted plants 2 days ago should i give nuits or is there enough in dirt

my plants are 10 inch high clones 5 weeks old had problems with leaves yellowing and stunted they were in compost transplanted into potting mix 2 days ago under 400w hps light told the compost was no good and held to much water when i transplanted the roots had hardly grown and the bottem half was like a swamp i didnt water after transplant because i figure it was over watered due to know drainage i am watering soon just want to know if i should add grow zilla nutrance or not and also using tap water if no rain water and ph of tap water is bout 7.5 is that ok any sugestions + rep

you could give quarter nutes but the soil should be good for a week or two

let your tap water sit out in an open container for at least 24 hrs before you use it

i never did that and i never had a problem no salt build ups

thanks for the help also i have 10L buckets how much water would you recomend giving them??

just water till you have 10% run off out the bottom
