Transplanted Plants but Need Help

I just transplanted 4 of my plants today. I had them in red party cups and I transplanted them to 3 gallon pots. At first I had my plants in Scotts Premium Topsoil(in the red party cups). I realized this isnt good so I now have Fox Farms Ocean Forest mixed with perlite(in the 3 gallon pots). However when transplanted them I tried to get as much of the Scotts Topsoil off my plants so that they could grow better in their bigger pots with Fox Farm. While doing this I think I may have torn some of the roots, nothing major but I think I still ripped some off. Is this going to be a problem or will they just grow back? And 2 of my plants the roots were too connected to the Topsoil so I just planted the cube into the 3 gallon Fox Farm pots. So basically there is a cube of Scotts Topsoil with the plant in it and this is planted into the Fox Farm soil. Will this slow or stunt the growth of my plants? Thank you for taking the time to read this!

Tearing a few roots is almost inevitable during transplant. If you are concerned, look into so root boosters such as myco madness or great white shark. I inoculate after the germ transplant into my 8L pots then again into my 5 gallons. Ocean forest is the way to go, but did you mix in more perlite or use it how it comes? Just remember, the key to a happy plant is happy roots. Shouldn't do much harm, but just look into rooting nutrients.

I added more perlite into it. I read here that Fox Farm has like 20% perlite. And to each pot I added around 25%. Give or take 5% im looking at a mixture of 40-50% perlite in my pots. Also thanks for the suggestions.

Thanks for the pictures. Really helpful. Looking at that I think I should be fine.

But as for my other question, that should be fine too right? The whole Topsoil cube planted in Fox Farm soil?
