Transplanting after FIM

Hope your good guys?

So this is going to be the first time I’ve ever fimmed, the girls also need transplanting too, I only potted up from 0.5L to 4L 8 days ago and now multiple roots are coming out the bottom.

I didn’t think I would have to pot up again so soon, I’m going to put them into their final containers from the 4L to 16L

I know that this causes them stress when fimming so I was just curious of when to transplant, will they be good to go into new homes after say 3 days?

Thanks!

Ignore the roots coming out the bottom. That very quickly happens in any size pot.
Does not mean you are rootbound or need to repot.

You can do both at the same time. If you were taking like 30% of the leaves off then I would do them separate. Just topping plants isn't much of a stress to worry about. They will love the transplant and won't miss a beat.
