Transplanting clones from Soil to DWC(bubbler)

Well the title says most of it.. I've recently rooted some clones in some FF Light Warrior soil.. After talking to a few people and thinking of ways to maximize my grow area, I decided to build a Bubbler(DWC) style system..

My question is , how would I go about transplanting these freshly rooted clones from FF Light Warrior to DWC?

I used to start plants/ clones in soil and switch to dwc.. All you haveto do is crumble whatever you can away without damaging the roots then cup the roots/soil in Your hand and run under the tap and use your other hand to just brush away the dirt. Works great. There may be a LITTLE debri left on the roots, no biggy .
