Transplanting during flowering, and other questions

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum, and I'm currently in the middle of my first growing experience, which, considering the lack of experience, funding, resources and problems I have had, is going quite well so far, and I'm close to my harvest point. Sorry for the bible I about to write, but I'm in dire need of some help to try to avoid future problems.

Jorge Cervantes Ultimate Grow has been my main guide so far (the documentaries, not the book, but I plan to buy it), but I still have a few things to ask you guys..

I'm growing all White Widow's. I planted 6 of them in aprox 12 liter containers at 25.05. At first i grew them outdoor, but around 10.08 they grew to large to remain hidden from the public eye, so I had to transfer them in a 8m2 room with a large window that lets a lot of sunlight inside, but unfortunately it wasn't enough since it lasts only untill 2-3 pm and then the sun moves to the other side of the building.
After I moved them my plants stopped to grow, and I was desperate cuz I still haven't had enough money or a source to get some proper lights. They also began flowering around 18.08, but it was obvious there wasn't enough light, and I think they were stunted. 12 clones I made in smaller containers however were doing great outside, and the only thing bothering me right now is I didn't have enough funds to transplant them into larger containers.

I managed to get a 400w HPS around 04.09, and things were slowly starting to look better, I was happy the plants managed to survive. At the end of September I got another 400w HPS and since then I noticed they were getting much much bushier, and the buds are developing great considering all the lack of light they went through.

This is the aprox the current room and plant situation :

I'd like to ask you a few questions/advices
1) Is transplanting during the flowering period possible, or is it out of the question? I'd like to transplant my clones into something larger than 3-4 liter containers. They look great, really bushy, but remained small. Should I just leave them in the smaller containers? Should I also leave the mother plants in their original containers, since the plants are 4 and a half months old I guess a 12 liter container is too small for them? Judging by some leaves I think I have some phosphor and potassium deficiencies. I'm using a flowering nutrient solution every 7 to 10 days, is that enough?
2) I had and still have problems with spidermites, and I think some nutrient deficiencies. I didn't want to use pesticides, and decided to treat the plants with a natural nettle and water mix, or sometimes i removed the leaf if it got too infected. I saw Hydrogen Peroxide solution is used to remove powdery mildew, could it help against spidermites aswell? Do you have any other advices?
3) How much longer should do you think they'll need to be ready for harvest? Considering they began flowering and then had a period of light deficiency, I presume they'll need more time? I plan on getting a microscope to check the resin glands though, and I presume THC is at it's peak when they are amber?

I know the pictures aren't exactly the best, if in need I'll get better ones.

THANK YOU in advance for your time/help/advices, I really appreciate it!

Ok thank you, I've given up the transplanting experiment, I just added extra soil on top. Also I tried the soap and alcohol treatment against spider mites and I think it helped :-)

Here are some better pics I took today, how long would you say until peak/harvest time? Of course have in mind there are 4 or 5 plants on the pictures, and imo some look more advanced than others.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!
