Transplanting from Aero to NFT

hi everyone i am in the process of planning my veging platform and needed some advice. I am rooting in aeroponics and was planning on vegging in aero as well since i just move the net pot from the cloner to the veg system. Now my question is my flowering system is NFT (nutriculture grow beds). Now once i have veged (3 weeks) my plants and im ready to transplant tot he flowering room is it possible to just place the plant on the nft bed and its good to go? the roots wont bound once placed on the bed?

Why are you switching from aero to NFT? Either way, you're probably going to have the roots dangling in a reservoir. Why not just leave it in the aeroponic grow? IMHO, ...

i too face the same question? the roots are going to eventually dangle down and get in the rez. i am switching them to dwc or that new promix stuff maybe...

the reason im not leaving them in aero is because i built the flowering room before the veg room. so now im kind off stuck trying to figure out a way to veg in aero and transplant the plants to my nft beds.

if there is an easier way fro me to veg my plants and not mess up the root system during transplanting then i am all ears. thanks for all the help guys

ah, ok, so you are limited to two different systems. Easy fix for ya, ready? Just take some cuttings and transplant to your flowering room. Now, change the light cycle from the flowering to the veg and reverse the cycle. Your veg with the full grown ladies becomes the flower (aeroponic), and your flower room (nft) becomes your veg room (once they are rooted, use a cloner). You can do it. good luck!
