transplanting help!!!!!

I need advice. My friend thinks it is ok to transplant our girls. they are 4th wk of flowering, and I dont think its a good idea. 2 plants, I believe they are in 1gallon pots, cfl set up (7 23w 2700k, 2 42w 2700k and a couple of 40w tubes)both plants are healthy. No blooming nutes have been used up to this point they are about 20" tall and pretty much all flower at this point trichs are starting to envelop the leaves. would Anyone transplant?

if I thought they needed it I would but if they dont need it it wont hurt, enles you screw it up somohow, but its hard to screw up

how will the plants take to the shock of transplanting while in their 4th week of flower? do they just look shocked for a couple days then they are ok, does it slow bud production down? I just dont want to hurt the girls

it shouldnt hurt them in any way, if done properly it should help them.

I transplanted last week on week four, too. They were extemely yellow for the first four days, but they look absolutely fine now.
