transplanting problem ,,,please help

i transplanted this plant yesterday from soil to hydroponic...and today it look like this .Will this plant recover and is there something special i need to do ?

It's in shock. It may pull through but it may get worse before it gets better. Don't give up on it til it's dead. If I would have thrown out the clones I transplanted into soil from rockwool I would have thrown away 7 good plants. They looked way worse than that and I wound up cutting off most of the fan leaves but then I noticed the node leaves were growing and the stem never died. Good luck...

Also saw the larger plant in the first pic has burnt tips, it looks like a nute problem or maybe it's getting to hot......

its a liitle hot but doing ok i think
