Transplanting question?

You can, but transplanting is stressful and not recommended during flowering. On the other hand, two weeks is not that far into flowering so they'll have time to recover as long as you are gentle with them.
 
I just did recently. Just be very careful handling the root-ball and you wont have a lot of stress.
