Trellis net height

So I'm about to put section of a area in my flower room with a trellis net, probably do a double section of trellis if need be. I run a sealed room so my girls are in optimum conditions. The section is going to be under 1 of my 1000s. 6 garlic breaths, about 43 inches tall at the moment. Also I'm 11 days into flower(I know I'm a lil late to be fucking around setting up a trellis net, been real busy lately) but these girls still have some stretching to do, I ran this strain before.

Just picked the pvc pipes and coner pieces so going to get to work tomorrow. Seeing as I'm in day 11 of flower how high should I set the net above plants? I was thinking 3 inches?? Also I'm getting rid of the raptor hood and throwing up another large adjusta wing open hood which will give me some precious height room.

Trellis net section will be 7' x 4' and only under 1- 1000w. The other 3-1000w and 1- 630w cmh have pretty manageable strains under them(dolato and meat breath) with strong stalks and shoots, they do not have a bad stretch at all. Also I feed with silca and it definitely helps strengthen stalks and shoots so you have some strong hardy plants that don't flop even with some massive colas. Might add another section next run but can't really trellis the whole flower room because it would be a nightmare to water even with sub pump and extension water wand. I like to hand water my room, will run a drip only when going on vacation.
