trichomes milky but pistills still mostly white-do i harvest?

Hi All,I'm 3 days over my harvest time(8 weeks and 3 days)and some of my Cheese plants have milky trichomes and brown pistills laying flat which i've now harvested but a few of them have cloudy trichomes and the majority of the pistills are still white and standing on end(they do have a small amount of brown pistills).
Can anyone tell me whether I should harvest them now because the trichomes are milky or leave them a little longer so that more pistills go brown?
Many Thanks

I always go off of the trich color. I personally wait until I have some amber trichs before I harvest. It is not uncommon for some parts of the plant to be done before other parts.

That's a good question, if I do a 5-7 day flush will the plants still develop and grow during this flush cycle. if my trics are cloudy but see no Amber, do I start my flush?

if i harvested when pistils are red i would have three strains getting chopped at day 30. trichs are the determining factor for harvest.
