wats up dudes ....i have two questions if anyone can answer them.....1 ...how do you keep all of your trichomes on your bud even when theyre dried and cured?? and 2...when it comes to light leaks... i heard growing in a closet the reflection of a t.v light in the dark could ruin your grow but im like how in the hell is that possible when the moonlight stays on constant and lightning strikes are even brighter?? i mean even nature doesnt give us total darkness!!!!

trichomes don't magically fall off, I wouldn't say a tv light would ruin it but I don't think it could help. Just keep it as light tight as possible. Moon doesn't really put off the right spectrum it's complicated honestly. Plants don't see light, they don't have eyes. They take in UV rays. Visible light to the human eye isn't the same to a plant.

The full moon is the natural lumen limit for plants, anything above this can mess with the photoperiod. TV could cause problems but would depend on brightness and how close to the plants it is.
Lightening is only a quick flash so it won't have an effect. I would think the only way to keep every trichome on your buds is to never touch them or trim them and somehow smoke them without touching them with anything.......

Very true, for example plants don't respond to green light, which is helpful when you need to do something in the dark period

ok thanks guys but about the trics.......i got a dime bag of some shit called girl scout cookies and it was covered in frost ready to smoke so i was just wondering was it a special trick to keeping the buds dry and frosty like that??.

If your bud is frosty when you take it off, and you cure it correctly you'll have no problem with them keeping crystal content.

Honestly one of the biggest issues that causes trics to snap and fall off is over handling. Smoking the bud you grew that has literally never left your house/castle/compound or whatever is a special experience because almost 100% of the trichombs are untouched and un-damaged. Getting bud that has been handled by 8 different people and has been through god knows how many bags has actually had a considerable amount of frost brushed off of it.

Just trying to reinforce that the closer you are to the source, the better. (typically):bigjoint:

good...so it sounds like i might as well face it some strains frost more than others i guess....thats why im not a fan of bag seed because i cant tell wether it should be super frosty or not too frosty or what...thats why i just grabbed some purple cheese ..sleestackxskunk and royal queens fruit spirit so i can give them a test runwhen my veg room becomes available

i figured that!!! hey man where im from its funny to me now that ive learned alot about strains and growing ...how my friends think cause weed is purple or frosty its this shit called loud !!!lmao!!! and they let dealers charge them an arm and a leg cause its frosty pretty and doesnt have seeds!!!lol..they actually think weed without seeds is called LOUD!!!!HAHAHAHAHAHA!!
