Okay thanks...
I had to remove a small piece of bud because I only have a microscope and not a handheld loupe. Do you think ripping a small piece of bud affect the plant?

Stick it up to the plant and hold it steady. Find a spot that will focus. Try not to touch the plant too much. It'll get the microscope sticky on the end.

Yeah but with the machine I have I can't use it that way I have to remove a small sample. The microscope I'm using is like the one in the picture but older and not as high tech. I'm ordering a handheld one on amazon for sure on Monday. I regret plucking a small piece, I hope I didn't fuck up the plant by doing that.

Don't worry about little things, you could rip a whole branch off your plant it woud barely phase it.

Wait until it is hard to Not find cloudy trichs, buds will swell and harden, hairs will curl in, it'll look ready. You won't harvest too late so don't harvest too early.
