trilight cfl WTF?????

Just went out and picked up a couple of packs of what i thought to be 40 watt cfls, when i got the home i realized that they were tirlights, 15/26/40w settings, if they are plugged into regular sockets what output will occur???

take them back, you paid too much for 3 way!

40w. Basically the bulb is a 3-way. Without a 3-way interruptor you burn the highest voltage. Probably still only 2700k even on the 40w.

hmm, I got one of these types of lights from walmart once and it was like $10 !

yeah like i said i grabbed them by mistake, didnt realize they were 3-way, and the worst thing is they were double packs so they were like 30 bucks a piece, lol anyway i didnt notice because i had a shit load of things including an xbox 360, so the price didnt even phase me, anyway they will be brought back, or what if i just stick them in with my plants anyway, 4 of those puppies along with the 36" flouro day glow should be pretty good, right?
