triming

hi, i hear that a lot of you inated of toping yor plants, you trim the bottom foliage? im thinking of givein this a go, can any one help? thanks

Prune the top of the plant to drive hormones to lower plants- the more the main stem, the more of the same effect. Prune the tips of plants to diffuse hormones and make lower branches grow more. Prune the tips of all branches except the main one to make plants tall, remove lower branches that do not recieve light and plants will direct energy into buds.
