Unless you have a problem, there is no need to trim. The plant will do fine if you just let her grow.
There are advanced cultivation technjiques involving topping, pruning, training and trimming a lot of leaves. Don't fuck with that. Keep it simple.
If she gets too tall, you can bend her over. If the leaves get extremely dense, you might post some pix and ask about thinning.
Just give her soil, light, nutes and water. The plant knows how to do the rest.
