trimming and topping during veg?

i recently just started my 2nd grow and like my first one i topped and trimmed a good bit as the plant grew(i was thinking it would help the energy and nute to help with height)... my new guys are now seedlings and the others are just breaking ground. I was wondering if i didnt top and trim through veg would i yield more or would i get more letting it them bush out and keep as much leaves as possible?

no its always good to top the plants as they will get more colas and more bud will grow. if u didnt top it the you would only have 1 cola and will only produce 1 huge bud at the top of your plant and a bunch of small buds on the other parts of the plant. and leave the fan leaves only cut the ones that look like there dieing
