Triple leaf nodes!?

Hi there... had 2 previously unsuccessful DWC attempts... pesky root rot scuppered me! Am using Orca this time and so far so good. This is just a single plant grow.

This is day 24 from seed, with RQS Legendary OG. It was a VERY slow starter and sensitive to even a hint too much light. The second node leaves demonstrated a little asymmetry, and 5th node only started this past couple days. I have very limited experience and I've never seen anything like this - not sure if good or bad. Each node is sending out 3 leaf sets as opposed to the usual 2! I wasn't sure if it was limited to the 4th node, but as you can see, the 5th node is growing with the same triple leaf pattern. Are mutations like this a good or bad sign? Or is it a case of grow it and see? Am likely to top the 5th node tomorrow if it's a keeper.

Also, leaves have been a rich green until today, and she's definitely going a little lime-coloured. Currently 520ppm with 1:1:1 Flora Grow/Bloom/Micro, 0.5ml/l liquid silicon, 4ml/l Rhizotonic and 1ml/l diamond nectar. Is it time to up the base nutrient strength a little? And if so, should I stick to 1:1:1 at this early stage? Or should I add a little extra micro/grow and leave the bloom? Will be doing the first full res change on Friday (am away at the moment and the wife is doing mainteance til I'm back).

Good advice greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

Setup: 45l res (20l in tank, 3" air gap), 130mm net pot, Mars Hydro TSW 2000 (currently 18" above at 25% power), 25w Hailea pump, a heater and humidifier.
Temps: 18.9 - 20.5c in the res, 24c in the room, RH 60%. 24/0 schedule. pH 5.5-6.1, adjusted every 2-3 days (tends to rise rather than drop).

It looks normal to me.
Three leaves at the bottom.
I'm seeing 5 leaves next and the newest look like 6.

Not sure if I'm using right terms? I meant leaves as opposed to blades on leaves. 4th node has 3 leaf sets... One 7 blade and two 5 blades all from 1 node

I've seen that when I've cloned a couple times, never from seed though.
But it's neither a good or bad sign. It just is what it is.
She'll grow and flower provided you have control of that battalion of nutes you're using.

Thanks for the advice - have topped her today and I'm just going to carry on the grow and see what happens. Googled whorled phyllotaxy - didn't know it had a name! She may or may not grow out of it from what I've just read.

Nutes is just the flora series... there's no nutrients in the silicon or fulvic acid. Rhizo is kelp with the carbs stripped out. I know Shogun and other companies add these things to their various formulas but I've found buying in this way is more cost effective. The additives only count for around 100ppm.

When I do res change tomorrow Rhizo will be coming out - it was just to help with early rooting and food for the bennies. I'm being light with both silicon and fulvic vs what's recommended on the labels. Have read so much conflicting advice on bennies vs sterile... thought I'd try the bennies to start with and have a bottle of Silver Bullet roots on stand-by just in case the bennies fails in the pythium protection.

Have used Rhizo before and the roots love it... it's a PITA for pH stability though! It's there for the bennies more than for the plant on this occasion - wanted to give them some food to establish. The wife added 3ml of Flora Micro for the extra nitrogen this morning (into 5 gallons - just a sip) and she's greened back up a charm.

She certainly seems happy, and the amount of roots for the size of plant is crazy. Just don't understand why she doesn't seem to respond well to any light intensity. Anything over 8000 lux and she just starts to wilt.
