Trouble shooting LED --> CFL

I won't lie, I am new to the indoor game and I am trying to perfect my setup with my first grow room and I am having a few issues.

Recently my seedling at 3 weeks showed some stress (Leaves yellow, slowly curling up to which I have posted on a different thread and got some good feedback. Possible overwatering or nutrient burn from soil. And yes, as advised I have a PH meter in the mail.) I decided to get some nutrients for her (today) and gave her a decent helping.

I am running on a 120watt LED setup and although I have been told that it may be nutrient burn or overwatering, something tells me the LED may be stressing her out a little. (LED Japanese made and the beast is bright!) So I decided to go down to the hardware store and get some CFLs to see if this helps until she gets a little bigger, robust and can handle the LED.
Really I am just trouble shooting at the moment, however, I have her under a 60watt/ 730 lumens CFL, just one, a couple of inches away from her.

I will switch back to the LED once she shows sign of recovering.
Anyone have any thoughts on using the white/ blue 60 watt CFL? (And switching back to the LED later)
Of course it is just for her to get past the seedling phase.

Cheers!

There is no problems there, other than possible light stress, but isn't a huge worry...

I would just lift the LED higher up if you were having problems....that would mean intensity [not brightness to your eyes] was too much for the plant.......

This.

I had the same problem in my grow tent, what I did was raised up my 300w led, at the time it seemed like 30-40inches. It may seem weird or unorthodox, but after the plant came back to life and it grew bigger and bigger, I lowered the light. I found the lowest I could go was around 12 inches, at this height my plant started to stress a little bit (Also, this was during flowering). I found that 15-18" works best for my light, but your results may vary. Hope this helps!
