I am having trouble keeping up with watering my 4 plants.

I am very worried about over watering my plants, I am starting to believe that I am under watering my plants. Can never seem to keep the soil moist.

can anyone please offer your advice and what works for you and your plant.

It easy. When they get pretty dry, teh pots are light to pick up, it is time to water. Water until you get some run off.

I use 3-5 gal pots and water every 3-4 days. But it depends on your soil, grow environment, etc.

I think your plants will tell you. Listen to the girls. Are they vibrant with new growth every day? Then they are happy. I wouldn't worry about "keeping the soil moist", they like to dry out a bit between watering. If you over water you are also inviting fungus gnats. The larvae feed on your roots and seriously stunt growth.

I use 3 gal air pots in a dry climate. One plant with mega leaves needs water every day, the others about every other day. When using a heater in the winter you'll see your soil dry out faster. Use the weight of the container to know if they need water.

Allowing the root's to reach every habitable part of the container will be crucial in Mid Flower.Pick the size of the container, table etc and start building root's.Some grower's won't add water or nutrient's until the plant's sagg while they are in Veg.They then water or feed from the outside in..
