troubleshooting!!

Need help with a few things. And tips will help!! I have two new clones growing in a 2 drawer file cabinet i rigged together. I planted them recently, just about a week. Leaves are drooping as well as twisting and growth doesnt seem so strong compared to another clone i have growing next to my window. Im using fox farm ocean forest soil with Roots Organics nutes watering them normally. Inside the box i have 2 26w cfls running. Temperatures are usually around 75-82 degree but actually gets hotter sometimes due to room temp from so.cal heat. Help me out if i sound like im doing anything wrong. I want a strong yielding plants as does everyone one else but i feel like im not doin much right. Lemme know!

I would guess your overwater them and the RH is too low. Post your RH and a picture and we could see better what the problem is.

Sorry ive been having trouble using the websit on my phone. Much better now!! I have a huge difference to my grow. All my plants are transplanted in5 gallon buckets in FFOF soil and im using a roots organic master pack. Its a 5 ml program the guy at the hydro store didnt give me much info about it or how to use it. Plants seem to be takin it but are growing fairly slow i think. I have one plant that keep bending her leaf-tips over down and i dont know what cause this i will post up some pics to let you guys know what im talking about. Thanks a lot! If you see anything im doing wrong lemme know. Plus i need to know a good ph balance because im just barely starting to ph.
