He's got secret service and they can turn from his bodyguards to his jail guards at the order of a judge and if he keeps mouthing off it will be a jail cell. This will especially apply when he is federally indicted and deals with a federal judge under federal law, his track record in state court should be impressive by then. Personally, I think with the docs and obstruction cases he might be lucky to make bail and it's only because he would essentially be in the custody of the secret service that he would avoid it, nobody else does. When he was in court the secret service stood back, apparently the protection of NYPD was good enough and perhaps the staff at some federal facility around DC will be good enough too. There should be several places the feds can tuck Donald around the DC area while the SS deals with perimeter security Donald will deal with jail guards.

I got an idea, build a temporary jail on the grounds of camp David, close to DC and Donald can watch Joe play golf all summer in the distance from his cell window and demand AC for his sweltering cage.

May for Georgia it looks like and if they nail Donald on the docs and obstruction first, Jack can risk a trying him on conspiracy to commit an insurrection among other things later. If Mark rats, he could charge a lot of people in such a conspiracy with Trump including his cronies and members of congress. Even Sen Ron Johnson tried to deliver fake electors to Pence in congress, in furtherance of a conspiracy and could be swept up along with other GOP congress people like Tommy Tubby, Gym Jordan and perhaps dozens of others. All Jack needs are some receipts, witnesses and rats who plead, confessed and testify against the rest.

Civil war over him getting busted for paying for sex and hiding it from the election officials and public, is a hill to die on alright. His supporters will burn out moving from state to state and courthouse to courthouse for court dates after court date both criminal and civil. By the time they bust him and the rest of the miscreants for J6, his fans should be exhausted and spent.

The republicans have mostly bought the ticket for this indictment, at which point do they try to jump off the fast-moving train, at what indictment or conviction will they have to jump off or ride it all the way to the end of the line and their primaries.
