Trunk5's 400watt grow thingy..

U shud try to check the roots and see if they still have any space left. If u can see a good root system then u shud transplant it and wait a few days for them to get used to new pot and then put them under mH light. u shud keep the mh light far at first and then slowly move it closer while checkin the temps etc... idk about the shriveled leaves. they grown a lot since last time i saw them u know lol

TY but when i do transplant the pots wont fit up top. so i will definitly move my light as high up as possible, the first time i put them under it the biger plant did alright its just the others were too small yet. but now ther about 4-5 inches and starting there 5 leaf leaves. here are some pics i was at work all day yesterday so i didnt get to see them this morning im like wow. they definitly recoverd well.

i know what u mean. when i'm off college like during a holiday, it's like you check on them every two seconds :-p but now that i'm going college, i'm out all day and i get to see them once a day and it's like better coz otherwise u're paranoid that they aren't growing lol. It's better to leave them alone at times coz obviously plants grow slowly lol but even for a plant marijuana grows pretty fast. You're plants are showing major growth. nice to see uve transplanted them. are you gona have another transplant before flowering? ow many galons are those?

i didnt transplant them i just took that 6 cup deal and cut it appart so i could check the roots and try to look around them. also it helps center them more under the lights. i was thinking of transplanting them tomorrow or saturday and put the main 4 under the mh and see what happens. as for pot size the cups there in is like two cup containers and i will be transplanting them into 2gal pots.

or since they will be going into there night faze shortly should i transplant them tonight once i turn the lights back on and put them under the mh over night and see what happens? im only going to be useing the 4 taller ones the two little ones im giveing to a friend to grow. he has a bad ass cpu set up we made that will hold two plants no problem.

im just shooting for a fem out of all these cuz there all NYCD bag seed so i dont know whats going to happen yet.

ok last night i put the 4 bigger plants in 2 gal pots and put them under the mh light, over night the temp hit 92 but this morning once i woke up i opened the cab door and it droped the temp to 87. im going to leave the door open untill i have to turn off the lights. will a few hours of 90 to 92 degree every day hurt them or will they grow acustom to it just being like a hot summer day that is cooling down? yes i will fix the problem but i need some money first to buy the right blowers to get evan better air circulation. im just wondering if these plants will be ok for about a week with this condition. and yes i know anything over 90 is too hot and at 96 they stop growing.

pic time.. what do you think. i might just have to change out bulbs to save me a few degree this mh is just hot.. there starting to droop a little :(

well turns out the hps light is the same temp so i guess it will be another fast nights sleep for me and ill just swap bulbs out again tomorrow..

above 90 is way too hot. 85 or less u want. just leave the door open and get a fan to blow air outside. it'll only be a little bit less light but it wouldn't affect the plants because they are getting more of the light. a little bit of less light is no where near as bad as temps like 90 degrees. i know outside it gets pretty hot but outside there's cool air as well and they have a massive root system for really fast transpiration etc..

ok so i woke up today looked at the temp and it was 93.3 now i would figure my plants were going to be shrivled up like they were the night befor under the mh light at 92 degree. bit instead they were all healthy looking and seem to like this light more evan tho its way to hot. i dont get it. dosent bother me as long as they can stay alive for a good week untill i can pick up this blower. then i know my temps will be all good. ill take some pics in a bit i just got up..

i dont get it, maybe it was the spectrum messing with them but yeah its hot but there not drooping like they were under the mh and its basicly the same temp.

so all yesterday i was messing with my fans and anything to bring down the temp and i think ive solved part of my heat issue cuz now with the door open i got it down to 80 instead of 86 and with it closed lastnight it was only 87 not 92. this was with the mh bulb. i did end up putting it back in.

nice to see the temps under control. around wen are u thinkin of flowerin? n how many weeks in are they now from sproutin?

Wednesday they will be 3 weeks old from sprouting, so there just finishing there first week of veging? im probebly going to veg for another 3 to 4 weeks along with toping them all. then probebly throw them into flower when they hit 10-12 inches im looking for no more then 2 foot plants and trying for at least a 1/2 oz per plant.

as for temps i cant wait to get payed and pick up the blower im looking at. for now the temps varry between mid 70's to mid 80's. there doing better then they have been. ill get some picks up tonight when i turn the lights back on.

ok here are the pics.
