do they? I ordered some with this kit I got but I wanna change up the bulbs now. They gave me a 4100K, 3000K, and 5000K. I wanna change the 4100 and 3000. It said it was supposed to be good all around for vegging and flowering. I dunno tho what do you think?? I havent read a lot of grows with ppl using those bulbs ya know?

alrite thanks peace! :bigjoint:
3000/2600 (yellow) is for flowering

4100-6500 is good for veg
i got my 6500k bulbs at walmart 2 for 7$

i dont use cfls for flowering, but i know people have good results with them

hi, i've managed to get warm white CFLs located [ just need to purchase]
I've also bought 2 blue CFLS [11W] (heard that is good for vegging, is that ok or a waste??)

But unfortunately, i can't find any daylight CFLs, the closest thing to daylight am getting is 23W "cool daylight" CFL, will that be good? i don't know. There's also 4000K, 23W CFLs. which one do i take?

Can i buy red CFLs for flowering also?

for 1 plant, i have decide to put 3 CFL [hopefully daylight if i get] and 2 blue CFL for vegging [16 hours].
and then, i shift the cfls to 3 warm white for flowering and 2 red CFLs [hours i don't know yet?].

tips, help?

I want to get all ready, before starting, just in case i run out of options after.

Excellent thread on cfl's...woulda never known. My first ever grow..indoors...besides just some "backyard-boogey" I threw in a pot every now and then. Got two lowriders surrounded by 4 23W 2700K cfl's...I'll let you know how it goes...after sexing I might have to get more if they are both girlies?? What do ya'll think?

daylight for veg 5000+ spectrum
warm light for flower 2700ish spectrum

i would keep that stuff for a veg room and split it in half for the flowering room... which would have a HPS light 400w is good :)
