Lp's aren't employing anyone who's really "experienced". They can't pay them enough. That's why lp "master growers" only have experience growing pine trees.
I'm not talking growing.
I'm talking business.
They know how to setup, get approvals and jump through hoops.
They can and will hire people to tend the plants they clearly have the capital to employ the best they can find if they're making acquisitions like they are.
It's a harsh reality for those who hate tweed. They've already grown into a monster that is taking over the market.
New lp's will open with recycled owners from lp's that have been bought up.
