Twisted new growth

I'm growing white rhino in about 50/50 mix of ocean forest and happy frog the nitro in the ocean forest is well over used. 1-4-5 nutes with 400 watt hps, water 24 hour old tap. I'm only coming up on 1 week flowering so they've only been fed nutes once. The new growth is just really twisted and fold in half down, like upside canoeing or something. A few leaves have also turned brown like phosphorous deficiency so I picked them off. Any ideas what's up? I look up twisted leaves and get copper deficiency but they aren't the right color for that. Also they're wilting but I just watered them yesterday when the pot was nice and light.

I thought that too but I diluted the absolute shit out of the ocean forest and they've veged for over a month there shouldn't be much more nitro in there anyway.

Yes its over fertilized. Flush with straight water. 3x the amount of soil. Use bath tub if you need. Tap water would be better than what it has in it. This is a good example of toxification. Somehow alot of pictures got deleted from the server. Do you mind if I use one of these pics for my "how to" thread?

I don't get out how, all the nitrogen is well over used up. It did this before but raising the light fixed it. Now the light is a a full foot above and once i switch to 12/12 it started. The tops don't get above 80.

Btw ffof is strong. Your strain is sensitive. I had a dj short blue berry that was the same way. Tough strain to grow.

So you just added water all this time with no nutes? That would mean nothing in there. Did you check ph? Also it's toxification not over nitrogen. It would be burnt crisp and dry. I would switch up on my flower nutes. I'm trying bro.

Yeah then I flipped and this shit happened. I did give 1 tsp since I flipped of 1-4-5 so it's not going to be nitro tox. No I don't have a ph meter it's never been a problem before. This is white rhino by the way.

Lol. Even a better reason to flush. I always say when in doubt flush.

I bet you see soft new growth in 24 hrs. Let us know your results.

Sure thing friend. I'm not trying to be difficult or anything I do appreciate the help I'm just trying to get a firmer grasp on what's going on.

there is nothing wrong with flushing, I usually flush after every third feed then I start fresh with a new nute regimen, better safe then sorry, and from the way those plants look the only thing you can do now is flush..give it a go if all else fails start fresh!

Well sure enough it seems to have worked. The growth that was already curled curled more but the new growth seems to be better. But it was perfect for a few days now it's curling oh so slightly again. It even stopped wilting and perked up the day after flushing which is odd I've gotten the over water wilting after flushing for a day or too in the past.
