That soil is mega wet ...and you giving it any nutes

Yea, the soil does look mad wet. I just watered them not too long ago. I have Miracle Grow nutes..should i start feeding them 1/4 strength every other feeding?

even less you will find nutes are not reli needed for vegging only (rooting & flowering)
yound plants hate nuites ...just wait intill like 3 weeks old..then start to feed it as the soil has 4 weeks food init so thats why the leafs burn out (with yellow things on the leafs)

Yea, we haven't nuted them yet..we just have 2/7 growing in MG soil..They just got dried out from such high temps, but we have that under somewhat control now.

We are going to be trying out a hempy bucket setup with one of these seedlings, anyone ever try this method? HEMPY BUCKETS?

The little seedlings are looking much better today. They don't look sad and crusty as much anymore.. We gave Otishia one litre of MG nutes today. She looks like she's getting darker green again. Hopefully we can get her into flowering soon..it all depends on how the young ones grow.

DAY 23

Sorry for the lack of updates! TDT has been getting caught up with life and it's wonderful moments! We guess there are a few things to report on though. We will make it in list form!

1. Last Saturday my girl and I went out to start an outdoor grow. We ended up being spotted by the CN rail police. So I trip out smash all 3 plants off the back of a cement wall, chuck the rest of supplies we had with us, and walk along the tracks as if we are just on a stroll...dude threatens to arrest us, all tough like, but we got off. CHUMP mutha fucka!

2. We wake up two mornings ago..our cat's face is all brown. Don't think too much of it. Look in my grow room..SHE GOT IN!!! THE CAT GOT IN! I look at Otishia(wish i had a pic of it) and there is about a 4 inch hole dug in the soil and dirt sprayed all over the fookin place!! I quickly smack my cats ass. Put more soil on top of the exposed roots and gave O a medium watering. she didnt flinch an inch yo!

3. We now are down to 4/7 plants. 3 of which were 'sploded off a wall. Number one being Otishia, shes doing okay still. The other 3 are still small, but doing amazingly well. We transplanted them about 4 days ago. 3 different strains altogether(unknown). We have been having a hard time adjusting the lights with all these plants at different growing stages..We are doin it though!!

This one is our favorite, so chubby and short, I wonder what strain it is? anyone have guesses?

And this is bagseed from my dad, he only smokes the finest of greens so i know these will be bangers~! We put em both in the same pot cuz we are cramped for space. They shall battle it out!

Oh and today we gave Otishia 1 litre of MG nutes.The other 3 were given a good pouring of distilled water about a litre in total for both pots.(this is mostly for our records).

can you leave a banana in there until it decomposes? i would think you would run the risk of mold in your roots or elsewhere, but have you tried this? it would be a good dose of nitrogen yeah?

We replace them as soon as they are black and soft. You can smell banana mixed with weed, it is kinda nice.(im gonna make banana weed bread, now that i think of it!lol)
We tried the bananas as an experiment(we are first timers at this game) to see if it would make the sex show sooner. Nothing has happened as of yet..All four of our plants are all undecided. We really need to get the big one into flowering, it....just..keeps....GRRROOWWING!!

but yeah, it would prolly be a dose of yummy ferts..too bad you cant test this as the end product is for smoking..never know!

SILLY QUESTION: Is it normal for a 2 month+1 week old plant to not show its sex if it hasn't been put into flowering?

We have had it under 24 hours of light ever since it popped thru the soil with not a second of darkness. What do you guys think?

What i Vegg for 4 weeks then 1-2 weeks into flowering they show.......!

I think it would depend on the strain but thats probably normal. Or at least not abnormal enough to worry about.
How much longer till you go 12/12?

no fucking strain take 8 weeks to even show...unless you doing 2 months vegging///...
shit even a 9-12 weeks flowering time strain shows its sex after a week into flowering
i work off 4 weeks vegg but sometime 5 But never any more..!!

Werd. Thanks for letting us know. We just kinda kept letting the big one grow its been 2 months and a week(9 weeks) today. Its been vegging ever since. Hopefully soon we can get them all into flowering. We are just waiting on the youngest seedlings to grow a couple nodes and then its ONNNNN! wish us luck!

DAY 28

Okay! Here we go! Today is the "Annual Safety Inspection" for my building. I AM TRIPPING BALLS! Not really, but I'm uneasy mates!

After my GF left for work this morning I had to tear down our whole closet set up. I have been waiting for these people to show all day. Nothing. No one. I have the plants in my room hidin out right now, they should be fine for a little bit.

I think I might take this as an opportunity to start flowering these guys at midnight tonight. The 2 youngest of the 4 are between 14-20 days old. They are doing great and sharing water and nutes equally. Here they are:

The second oldest is 28 days old today. It is doing amazing. so bushy, the pic i have does not do it justice..bad lighting. well, here it is:

And we can't forget our Otishia, she has come a long way!! Almost 3 months of vegging out! She will do just fine, she made it this far!!


Tune in next time and we should know if these are girl or boy!

I just took all of my plants out of hiding, still look nice and perky..they seemed a little thirsty and dry so i gave Otishia the big one 2 litres of 6.8 Ph balanced distilled water. I then gave each other plant a litre. Damn, They responded nicely!! take a look.
