Lights,
soil,
nutes,
air ciruclation,
number of light hours,

My guess is that the lighting isnt suffiecient, ? but you need to tell me the info b4 any 1 can give a proper anaylise

sound like a lack of light,water and or nutes. or some type of rot. I just germmed a batch of seeds and they sprouted grew like hell for about 24hr then turned a strang color and most died. I saved one but at 2 month it was bigger then 6"

thre cfl tubes 18 in long and one cfl bulb equal to about 825 lumenens and mushroom compost with manure and time relese fert

its about an inch and a half they look good no yellow or anything just slow im using cfls though that could be the problem

No thats not the problem..dosent sound like stretching or anything. Make sure to have the lights within 2 inches of your plants tho
What kind of soil do you have it in?

Your soil needs to dry beteewn waterings. that small of plant doesn't use much water. can you take then outside a few hours a day? If you can do that I'll bet you see a big jump in size over a weeks time,

Your close to me. you can get 10hr's of light outside or in a good window. I have a few sickley plants and there loving it outside they go out at 10:00 in at about 4:00 and under the cfl's. I could be a little off depends on what part of Oregon your in.

you'll still get fair light. to funny I'll be in canby this weekend. I'm up river a few hours.
