1. You should always water s-l-o-w-l-y, better yet, "water a little - wait a little - water a little - wait a little - etc. etc.". This is to avoid leaving "dry pockets" (for those of you who don't already know).

There are two trains of thought on this one:
A. If you're using "Organic Soil" (or soil with long term chemical nutes premixed in), you don't want a flushing action everytime you water! So, keep the runoff low, a few drops up to maybe 10%.
B. If you're using "nuteless" soil with "water mixed nutes", you do want a little "flushing action" everytime you water! So, about 25-33% runoff is perfect.

2. Tea should be applied just like it was a "regular" watering. Runoff shouldn't sit in the "Drip pan" for any more than a few minutes (I know, some people do!).

Cannabis is a plant that likes to dry out between watering, just realx and buy yourself a moisture meter and water when dry( ususally about 4-5 days). Check more often if you live in a hot dry state.
