Busy day yesterday. Harvested, cleaned tent, and got next round transplanted into the 30 gallon horizons no till pot.

Harvested and cleaned the whole tent really well then started getting next round in place.

Started by removing the mulch layer off the top of the soil surface, then marked around the pots and dug the holes out. Put a fat handful of fresh EWC from my worm bin in the bottom of each hole and sprinkled some Mycorrhizae and Azospirillium in the bottom of the hole before plugging the plants in and lightly firming them into place. Then added the soil I removed when making the holes back on top and then spread the rest of the 1/2 gallon pail of EWC and replaced the mulch layer back on top. Watered them in lightly and placed the lower trellis screen for training purposes. Shouldn't need much veg time here with the plants pre-vegged pretty decent in the veg tent.

Inner-Chi OG back left, SFV OG back right, Ghost OG front left and King Louis XIII OG front right.

Day 4.5 12/12 (end of day 4, start of day 5)

The entire plant from last run minus the buds has been added back to the mulch layer to become part of the soil once again. Since I dont have any isopods or millipedes to do the bulk of the shredding, I took the dried stems and chopped them up then used an old coffee grinder to grind the stems up. The worms, springtails, white and brown mites will do the rest of the work breaking down the material along with the bacteria and fungi in the soil. The leaves aren't an issue as they break down reasonably fast but the woody stems would take some time to break down if left whole, grinding them will definitely expedite the process of the material being broken down.

Day 21 12/12, did a heavy pruning of lowers and some defoliation to allow better lighting to the bud sites that I left on. Started an FPJ with the defoliated buds and leaves, will apply during late veg and transition (first 3 weeks or so of flower) next round.

It’s always amazing to me how fast a ferociously strong the plant is in a biodynamic system. Hydro growers like to brag about speed but I’m over here with almost 5 harvest a year haha.

I guess I forgot to post a day 35 update and then I caught the Rona and have been sick for almost two weeks and was down pretty good for 4-5 days at the peak, so I wasnt too hyped to take pics and stuff lately, barely wanted to even get up to water the ladies at some points. But we are here and the garden is still well and have a update for you folks.

Also recently found more info on the SFV OG cut I have I knew was the 'sublbc' cut but didnt know what that even was but I found SubLBC on youtube and its definitely that cut but it does not look like the original SFV OG, still nice none the less and smells super earthy, looks pretty and has a different structure than the other OGs. I hear it tastes and smokes great so we will see how she is at the end.

Day 46 12/12 today and they have gotten some (late) day 42 defoliation yesterday and today so they are pretty much ready to go to the finish now with just waterings and not much work needed.

SubLBC cut SFV OG, the smell on this is really something nice, not traditional OG and Im not sure how to describe it. Very earthy background with something reminding me of old school weed with a smooth slightly sweet almost creamy vanilla-like kush scent.

King Louis XIII OG, smell is all classic OG with a little something extra in the terp department which Im unsure how to describe almost like a hint of Bubba type terp but almost entirely classic OG.

Ghost OG, strong classic OG Kush

Inner-Chi OG, slightly sweet lemon/citrus OG

So this is late for sure but I got around to weighing up the remaining Inner-Chi OG harvest from last run. I have smoked a good amount and gave away about a half oz total so I dont know the full weight of the harvest but I still have 322.5 grams left 11.375 ounces! That is pretty crazy considering I ran the Mars Hydro FC-3000 @ 240 watts at the peak of the run (maxes out at 290w), ramping up in wattage over the first couple weeks of flowering and then dimmed down some again the last couple weeks of the 10 week flowering run. Thats pretty impressive to me for one plant in a 30 gallon pot of soil. Just thought Id share for those interested.
