The bag clearly sais soil + hydro, but I was worried about something else
The usage of Cal/Mag - I wouldn't feed cal/mag alltoo often.
Maybe a single feeding or two, if there is a deficit.
Just adding it for good measure is a bad idea in my opinion.
GL, on your quest for "higher" knowledge tho.

Yea I thought it was soil also so just cut the cal mag like I am doing we will see how they start doing

Cut the cal mag and consistent low dose of flower fertilizer with a flush and still getting burn I hope it’s residual from the cal mag image.jpg

I learned why I was burning my plants fertilizer. I’m using for flower was just an additive so I was causing lock out. I got some Lotus bloom. So things should smooth out from here on. Going to try these tree flowerpots out should work nicely for clones going into flower. There 4x14” google says it should hold 2.5gallon

Slowly figuring out how to flower clones lmfao need get smaller pots the 4x14” are to big imo for short veg they hold 2.5gal lol more then double what I got rn and I definitely didn’t fill 1gal in 2 weeks or veg on the first batch image.jpg

Believe in using my water when it’s to cold got purple showing I did forget to turn my heater on a couple days ago so could be that but all good for now had some issues with clones was having good luck with vermiculite until I tried doing a large amount at once got busy mixed water ratio different when I ran outta fertilizer half assed it to be short and fried the little ladies!

The ocifer plants are definitely more flower hungry and water hungry then the mint chocolate chip. Still haven’t figured out my perpetual idea but I got a clone tent now just need to build a light for it and I’ll be all set for my needs. Imma restart my moms probably one more time sense I’ve narrowed it down to two I want to produce weed from. They look rough I ran out of water and fertilizer things got rough but there still alive and I got tones of new clones rooted just need a week or so to produce good vegimage.jpgimage.jpg

Hi,

I just read your whole thread. You sure put in the work!

Just a couple things that will really help you.

First off ph everything you put into the soil to 6.5. it seems the thread started off with pH 5.8, which is perfect for hydro, soil not so much. If you just get in the habit of ph'ing to 6.5 you should see fast results.

Secondly your nutrients are P & K heavy and the yellowing you are seeing is lack of nitrogen. I would highly recommend getting a solid base nutrient like Botanicare Pure Blend Pro grow and bloom for soil and use just that for spell to get used to perfecting a base nutrient. Botanicare is extremely forgiving and you can grow and flower great plants with just the grow and bloom. Once everything is kicking you can start adding the other stuff to experiment.

Just a couple tweaks and you are going to be hip deep in fine dope!

In the meantime I would get some nitrogen in those get plants.

This is what I use for a base nutrient, much more of a complete plant food and so easy to use.

I’ll definitely check t out I need something that’s better then lotus for keeping mothers unless I was in consistent with food prolly the case. I plan to get a new ph pen just make do with guess work hahahaha
