two week old plants neeeed help!

My plant is in a small grow box, with 4 6500K 26w cfl bulbs. there is ample ventilation, and the temps range from 75 with lights off to 85 with lights on. I have not added any nutes and have been watering with tap water that i let sit for several days. The third leaf set has just fully developed, and the fourth is sprouting, but all the leaves are small and pointed upward. There is also some yellowing at the tips of the first leaves. Why are my leaf sets growing upwards instead of out to the sides??? and should i start adding nutes now that the little cotyldone or whatever is dead?

are you using miracle grow soil, it sounds like nutrient burn. If it looks like they're reaching for the light then the lghts might be too far away.

im using MG organic soil, and its only one plant, with the lights approx. 3 inches away from the foilage.

Is that the "MG Organic no nute soil" ?

there is no such thing all mg soil has nutes

well i got the one that claims to be organic then....
