Tying branches to lower branches

Ive trained some branches by tying to other branches below. Anyone ever get mold issues where the yarn/tie makes contact with the plant? Thanks

Long as it's not resting on any flowering buds I would not be concerned about mold. But if you get over concerned and can't stop worrying about it just switch it out for something else. The list of materials you can use to tie off branches is endless. But I believe you will be ok.

No, I use those "plant ties" from time to time with no issues other than making sure it's not too tight...

Naaa defo nothing to worry about. You can get rot proof twine which is good shit. Ive used it to LST for donkeys
