I am growing from soil in a grow room, I am due to put the plants under the flowering bulb in 2-3 days, I have noticed the top leaves have started to curl down and have a purple tint to them, do i back off the feeding?, I did also make the drink a touch sronger a few days ago, could this be the cause? any help would be greatly appreciated-thankyou

yes its the nutes, just water it down a bit more and i dont think you would of done any harm, also make sure the plant isn't too close the the light as this can also cause the leaves to curl down, it did for me :) good luck growing.

Yeah NL is spot on, its 99% likely its the nutes. Just clean water now for the next two waterings at least then back on nutes but not as strong. Its easy to over do nutes. I did.

Weathers getting slowly better here in the UK. Anyone outdoor growing in the UK here? Would like to see how the plants could manage.

Just swap your timer to 12/12 to best suit and plug it in. There may be some special ways to do it but i havent heard of any. :)

Erm i dont think so no. As close as you can get without burning them. Depending on what lights your using this will vary. But it'll be obvious in real life if you place your hand above the plants, if its hot then move it. If its just slightly warm then spot on.

edit: Oh and make sure NO light reaches them when the lights turn off. I dont know what your grow op is like so you may have this covered. You probably know that but just incase :)
