This is 3 different plants. One is short and fuller, no problem there, but the other two are tall and scrawny. They have been in bloom for just a few days over 4 weeks now on 12/12 cycle. I took a pic of the light im using. Is that enough? I also give water every 3-4 days, and feed bio-bloom every other feeding. Any suggestions? I guess my curiousity is about the smaller leaves curling down and the tall skinniness of them.

temp is around 70 avg. ph is between 6-6.5. I give them about 2 tsp per gallon now. and the light is apx 18 to 24" from plants. The one tallest braud is getting taller and taller, and i am afraid if i put the light up higher, the smallest fullest plant will be too far away from light. The tall one is not directly under the light, she is to the side. I am kind of to the point with those two where I figure they arent gonna do much so I want to focus on the smaller fuller one. But I dont want to just kill them and say f*&k it.

Just top the big one so you can keep the light bright they are also pale green and look like the need a little more fert!

The smallest fullest one is on a table, where the other two are on the ground. The smallest one is still about 2 feet from light, directly under, where the other two now are more off to the side.

To add more fert should I wait until the next fert feeding, the next feeding, or immediately? Should I do what the bottle suggests, 3 tsp per gallon, or more?

your over feeding. cut back on your ferts
I just read somewhere else that over feeding could be the problem. I just noticed some white patches that could be sodium? buildup? Should I flush these girls and not feed anything but water for a while?

Should I flush them?
a full flush might do some harm to your babies. you could start by just watering them with just plain ph balanced water, until they even out a little. they look like some spindly sativa crosses so they prob don't even need half of what the bottle says... this isn't always the case but a good starting point

To me it looks like they are stretching due to lack of light.
That was part of what I was thinking also, nox. You posted which lights to look for at lowes or home depot or whatever, how do I know which bulbs for flowering? the t5's dont come with bulbs, right? Will they be daylight bulbs, or what kind should I get? Thanks!

I would use HPS for flowering. They look like they are starving for light to me. keep the light you have as close to the plants as possible without burning the leaves. (hold your hand under the light, if its too hot for your hand its probably too hot for the plants). Top the tall one if you really are concerned, or even tie it down.
