Uh oh mould just before harvest what should i do

Im waiting about 3 days then harvesting and my best budding plant has some mould which looks like fluff almost webby. Im growing blue cheese in hydro at 7 1/2 weeks and need to harvest asap due to risk of bitter ex blabbing about my grow. As you may make out from pics 1 plant is low on brown hairs about 15% others about 30-50% so hoping 3 more days with nutes then flushing 5 days for 2 of them and the other 7 days or a day or so more if brown hairs still low before i cut down my babies. If it helps im using 400w, temp 28 degrees, humidity 50-60% and ec 1.5 with ionic bloom and boost.

Helps doesnt it? Here we go pic up sorry smoked last my stash seems all the scrapings was more than it was! Btw that bit of mould is the only mould on entire of 3 plants but its on the main cola so im shitting myself itll spread as its a nice bit of bud there..

Spray/soak with 3% H2O2. Turn off the lights. Wash dead mold off 24 hour hours later. Proceed to harvest

When flushed and ready or you mean right away as in no flush and all plants prepare for the chop?

Harvest now ,they are ready anyway, you have to check near the stems for mold. that mold on that bud is major botrytis. I bet there is more, harvest ASAP.

but should i atleast change tank to just water then give 1 day flush before spray and turn lights of?

Im unsure of 1 plant the buds look different and lighter and not near as full and dark as others i dont think its quite ready but that plant did stretch dont know if thats why.

this is my first grow so will take any advise from someone whos actually grown before but i thought id better put up couple more pics to show difference just to make sure, flash made it look lighter than it is but not my much.

Daft question could i cut from a bit below the mould area without stressing/fucking the rest of plant up after its head got cut of? I can see no mould anywhere else on stems or bud

Can someone just confirm if i should just turn the lights of for 24 hours then cut down with no flushing or give 1 day with flush then turn the lights? I dont want harsh/bad tasting weed

Inspected plant again and i cut the cola, was worse inside more black so i cut as much out as i could with sterile scissors it was luckily a small portion compared to rest of cola. Will this impact rest of plant? I want to flush rest as i cut a small bud before as was curious (it is my first grow and it wasnt going to develop to much) and it wa pretty harsh so i dont want that for whole crop.
