uk grow laws

just wondering how many plants is to many plants, i know of some1 who just got sentanced to 18months prison time for around 20 plants all i know is that the judge said it was one of the best set ups she had ever seen, also he never did himself any favours acting smug and saying the streets is his life lol, but this 18months is kinda worrying as usally ppl in the uk get a slap on the wrists first...


if you know of ppl getting busted in the uk and either getting time or getting away with it, share the info in this post... uk growers need too stick together man... peace

Alright dude. Well as we all know it's illegal here but I believe the new guidelines as of February means 9 plants and below and for personal use will be no prison time. But these are guidelines. I know some other members are slightly more clued up then me!

appreciate your inpur dude, the only thing keeping me going is the fact that prison space would be an issue if they was to bust to many ppl, maybe im wrong...

Trust me. They have more important things to do. Prisons in uk are approx 98% capacity. I know from an inside source my local prisons where actually full last year for several months. They only bother commercial growers and dealers IMO.
