I’ve used OMEGA hps lamps for the last year and a half.
I really like them but I don’t use them for more than 2 flowering phases.
I use CFL for seeds and early veg, MH for veg and HPS solely for flowering.

£16 for an ohmega lamp is a no brainier and they perform really well.
I was skeptical at first as I’ve always been either Sunmaster dual spec or SylvaniaGrolux.
but I’ve found the ohmega to be a quality product.
