Ultrsonic/Jet wash root garden Build

First post so bear with me I will try and update when I have the time.
First I understand the potential yield from a small area is of major concern.
Project grow unit is a 6" water pipe cut at 26" L with three 3" holes evenly spaced.
The grow will be SOG type. I have used ¼ PTF tubing and chemically bonded the tubing to run parallel to the 3” inch holes. The only way to adhere the PTF tubing to the PVC Tube was Vinyl Acetate then I used some liquid nails clear adhesive on the sides very sparingly I might add. When dry I took an old 2.5gph pump and plugged the PTF tubing into it and used a heated pin to poke holes into the PTF at locations that would allow complete flushing of a root system in no time. I have a drain at the bottom at one end for some 1” PVC tubing that will drain directly to waste. Ultrasonic Nuts will be transported to the same end as the two shutoff valves that are mounted to the cap via 1 ½ “tubing. To ensure complete density coverage of the root garden I have enclosed a CPU 4” fan in a foam box and have changed the rms from 2800 to 1400 by using a 6vdc out transformers. Continuous perfect flow. The way I have deal with the moisture and the fan I use and oil barrier cloth to deflect the flow to a y fitting that is lower that the fan and the vapor that is left (very little if any) condenses and flows directly to my waste water stream. When I develop that part I will post it. Air handler well used some building foam and made a 4” x 14” long box that I used wire to help reinforce and the clear liquid nails. Found some small 3mm screen from a old letter stand and made several tight fitting grates that I inserted into the box alternating with polyfill batting and Activated Charcoal (Wal-Mart) After three containers of charcoal and poly fill I placed three clothes drier sheets at the final exhaust end before my 4” round adapter then my induct fan and to the vent the air flows Small vacuum cleaner effect should work fine. Lighting is still pending cash flow will be going LED with this Build. Oh I forgot that on the other end I custom heated and made a clear Plexiglas cap real tuff to do but I finished it and will be neat. I know I will keep the clear covered when not being used for inspections. Also on the Ultrasonic nuts input to the feeding tube does anyone have any ideas on using UV light to completely kill off all things foreign? I have Pic’s will post later.
