under or over water?

hi. every few days my plant starts to wilt and droop a bit. at first i was over watering but i thought i took care of it! i put my finger down 2" and make sure its dry before i water again so why are they going this way? 1 other question, the plant in the second pic, is this not the white hairs of a female? i thought it was but everyone says its too early to tell? so what are the white hairs on my plant and will they all get them? when the were first planted i didnt even have a light and was growing on the window sill for the first 2 weeks only getting about 11 hours of daylight but have had them in 24/7 light since then. could the first 2 weeks of lack of light be the reason i got white hairs or is this just normal? spec: 300 watt dual cfl, temp 78/86, humid 27 to 35. plants are 5 weeks old and streached but light is now 1 to 2" from plant top. thanks ps. my first grow!

Yup that is a female congrats. They look super streched out. When you dropped the light below 12 hrs the plant started flowering. Good luck

def not enough light. what type of light are you using?

thanks for fast replys, never dropped the light cycle, just didnt have a light for the first two weeks! am using a 300 watt dual spec cfl light ( thought i said that? ) i know they are badly streched but dont have it in my heart to just kill them and start again! i have 4 plants out of 8 with white hairs so im happy so far! i just got some g13 northen lights x skunk and my gt 205 nft system will be here monday with my flora 3 part nutes and rockwool! so ill be starting a new grow with all that. am still gonna grow my first plants to the end though! (what are the side effects of stretched plants?) thanks for the help

droopin leaves could mean that they are underwaterd. i have that problem with my PE fem baby. she looks sad untill i water her then she's fine. but they are strected alot. should be more bushier then that. over then that congrats on ur female. get more lights going, but thats up to you.. good luck
