They don't do cards... They are a Pro-MMJ Organization. I got my info from their forums for which I provided a link. I know for a fact they helped with the demonstration at the courthouse in Alcona County for a lady who was raided for having a compassion club. I personally know people up there who were on the scene. They are organizing the Sept 7 rally also. They have helped people with legal fees and more. I'm not sure exactly how much they do, but I just thought JoC's statement about them was a little unfair.

Very unfair honestly. They as stump said are an organization who is helping the people right now. They take donations to lobby for our rights and are linked with Lawyers, Doctors, etc. That is probably what you are seeing on the site is a list of the "420 Friendly" doctors that are tied into the organization. They actually have helped a alot with the fight for freedom and have worked with other organizations to do so as well.

Did not know all of this. Thats why i was asking about it trying to get some info on what they were about. I hope i didnt offend anyone, just looking for info. They dont do medical cards??? I thought i read they do. Idk. Im just looking for a local doctor that will perscribe me with a card thats all. i will check them out

I used their "locate a DR." on their site and received a call from a place that wanted me to do a online "Skype" Dr. certification. I wasn't very impressed with that. They are trying to make the law change so there needs to be a very legit Dr./Pt relationship and if that passes I don't want my cert coming from an online Dr appointment lol.

I wouldnt trust doing it online either, just doesnt seem right. Yea i had a guy contact me from criagslist for 125.00 it was to be done online, but i didnt trust it so the search continues. Thanks for the info and good luck with the rallies i only hope one day that all this will legalization will be behind us.

Im curious how that is going to affect renewals if you went to a pot doc because of doctor opinion issues.

That's why we all need to go to Lansing Sept 7 and contact our state representatives before that!

Been at that for weeks, lol.

I don't think there are more than 1 or 2 actual family doctors in the state that will certify a patient. They are too tied in with pharma and insurance companies. They don't want us self medicating.
