Underwatered?... help

i just looked at your pictures and i am having the same problem. i put a little more water on them this last time and the past 2 days they are looking a little better. also mine are about 4 weeks and are about 6-7 inches they look alot like yours as far as size, color and fullness. do u know what type of bud it is?. this is my first time so im dont really understand what was said about cutting the top. could someone tell me more about that. thanks

so i repotted into a 5 gallon bucket.. and i now have 5 100w cfls 1 60w and i 75w growlight.. the plant has stopped drooping over and the leaves have stopped turing yellow.. ill put some pics up soon, but thanx for all the help
