that soil doesn’t look good for seed starting. I use a very fine soil with very little water for seed starting.

your soil looks too wet. Slightly dry soil helps the root system & helps make a strong plant.

Yea I had a problem with over watering earlier this week. Does overwatering cause uneven growth?
The soil is FF happy frog

Yea overwatering can cause growth, Rot & bug problems

Uneven growth is quite "normal"
Your sweating the things that you don't even need to think about.

Patience is a part of growing.
