Etaqualone has a low threshold for convulsions. I have never tried it because of that. I have read reviews that it has a very short "euphoria" window of maybe less than an hour but it is close. It isn't the same stuff, unfortunately.

I've been asked to post this and keep forgetting to. So here's my retrospective on my methaqualone experiences.
I took two doses one of 200mg of methaqualone HCl and one of 400mg. Methaqualone HCl was the active ingredient in Parrest while Quaaludes had the freebase. I'd hoped to test 400mg with my wife but she had a really nasty cycle of headaches and used hers to try to knock herself out after a particularly bad one one day so we didn't get to test the tactile effects together. Hopefully some more can be procured at some point though I'm glad these are limited availability. They blow any legal sedative out of the water. GHB might come close but these have a much better therapeutic ratio which gives them the lead in the best recreational sedative category.
It's very relaxed like any benzo or barb but has an actual euphoric quality. It's also extremely lucid and clearheaded feeling, though physically I was a bit sloppy. But fully aware that I was sloppy which I have found is often not the case with other GABAergic drugs. The tactile effects were pretty awesome. Not as intense as MDMA or 2C-B but very nice and I could achieve orgasm and it was extremely enjoyable.
I found that the 200mg experience wasn't all that much less intense than 400mg but 400mg had a much longer duration.

Actually orgasms are often really good for her headaches (and headaches in general). I don't think I could marry a woman who tried to lie about not wanting sex. If you don't want it that's one thing and if it happens a lot things will need to change but lying is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
The dose is related to weight but it's never a direct relationship. You're twice my size but I wouldn't recommend that you try twice my dose of a substance we were both naive to (I have a feeling we might have trouble finding one). 400mg was the dose of the old Parrest pills so it's probably a good starting point. I was told to take them on a completely empty stomach when wide awake to make it easier to ride out the hypnotic effect.
edit: didn't see Skuxx's reply. We're waiting on a friend sending some so we can try them before investing in growing them. Should be soon. We have some acid for the time being, we're trying to figure out how much she needs how frequently.
Also I am happy that these are a limited availability item. I could see myself getting into major trouble if I could get these like I could get benzos.

She got two weeks headache free after eating ~350ug and then a week with the milder headaches before the full ones returned. She tried a threshold dose a few days ago (Friday maybe?) and it helped a little but we've been under so much stress because so many people are showing what wastes of oxygen they are all at the same time.
We'll keep trying and I've got say a huge thank you to everyone who has offered help with this. A lot of the stress is related to being fucked over by supposed friends and family so it's been really amazing to be reminded that there are still good, kind, caring people out there.

No people are being wastes of oxygen who were supposed to be friends. Though from many of them it has involved trying to make me feel like shit about myself. I don't need anyone's help doing that so fuck them!
But lots of other people have reminded me that there's a lot of good people in my life and I just need to cut the toxic out.

It's amazing how many people who I've only known through the internet have shown themselves to be such stand up people of late. I may have lost a lot of people but I've gained a bunch of new ones and some old ones have shown how awesome they can be. It really blows me away.

I won't initiate violence but I will defend myself and my loved ones. I miss being able to do martial arts so badly. It let me be completely in the moment.

edit: I'm definitely not an expert..but I have read cases about people with severe migraines who eat mushrooms (usually in capsules) every couple weeks and it helps. I don't know anything about you and your wife's situation but for some reason I have a good feeling about this.. Best of luck to both of you.

My wife gets cluster headaches or some type of migraine that's similar enough to not matter. The name suicide headache seems apt. There's lots of data on mushrooms and LSD helping and she got some relief from a dose of LSD. She was headache free for two weeks and the first time in her memory that she didn't have a headache. It kinda broke my heart that she only got two weeks of relief when many get months, but if it has to be every two weeks we'll figure something out. Regular consumption of 5HT2A agonists would probably be helpful for our autoimmune issues as well.

Duck did I tell you about the special on that show 'taboo' where the guy eats shrooms to cure his cluster headaches?..it was you or another member..might be cannibineer...I'm not sure...anyways,I know you know all about it but its an interesting watch if you haven't allready...
