Hey guys!

This is first time when my plant is attacked by some bugs, who are they and how to get rid of them?
Take a look at pictures.

When I have a bug eating leaves and don't know what it is, I examine it under a microscope, soak the soil with Azamax or similar neem product, pop a pyrethrum bomb, and then go get on the internet to try and identify it. By the time I figure out what it is I have good odds of having already dealt with it in a pretty organically friendly way. Sorry, can't see the bugs very well but looks like you have something sucking sap and something eating leaf so probably a couple different bugs.

As this is a green house type grow, bugs is only a part of the story , the rest will come in fungi form ...for both battles Neem Oil is your friend, both organic and systemic, I feed it to my plant in the watering and 2-3 sprays per week ...just for this time of year
