One report is, others speak to the effect of other parts of the spectrum, and hopefully explain why green is the least effective with chlorophyll-bearing plants. Oh! And if you read the abstract of the one, they talk about how BOTH blue and red spectra affect stomata (the pores in the leaves) formation positively, but that which was induced by BLUE light was REVERSED by the green light.
