Mame- Thanks for the kind words. When doing this kind of work, i feel it's important to maintain the "Good JuJu" within the area you work.
Positive energy out = Positive energy in. That snake was hurting nobody, just looking for a meal.

yea that snake might come back it all depends on how good the hunting was in the area. Some snakes do remember or have a natural urge to return to where the food is. and if you live in a dry climate area then the snake and its prey will smell the water and come looking for it.

I have an artesian well on the property that puts out 7 gallons a minute 24/7. The water flows into a storage tank, then out the overflow. The well is at the top of the property and runs down a seasonal creek the full length of the property (we have 10 acres here) so there's plenty of water around here for the wildlife. I think he was tasting all those organic fertilizers in the air and came looking for food.

Well, everything looks good except the snake. Nice work not killing it, like you said in not so many works, everything has it's place.

I agree, the artesian well is a HUGE bonus. 24/7 water in 100+ degree weather is big. Only 89 today...yea!
When we purchased the property 10 years ago, our agreement with the seller is that they drill our well. Contracts were signed then the drilling rig showed up. Glad we signed those contracts before they drilled. If i had them drill first, and they hit that artesian before i signed, the price would have sky-rocketed. I got very lucky there!
